New Counter sets by Berna Datema!

Berna Datema created very unique counter elements! There is a set with Counters Months, Counters Weeks and Counters Pregnancy. Here I used one of the counters from Counters Months, in combination with lots of stuff from the Eye Love You series and Bric-à-Brac. I used a photoframe to point my date.
