Dutchie's Booklet Template with stuff from Tangie Baxter!

I'm really enjoying these kind of templates from Dutchie! They are unique and give your page a 'realistic' look! Especially in combination with the stuff I used from Tangie Baxter! I used her Altered Art and Grunge Collection, 4 and Twenty Blackbirds, Vellum Show Offs and Meadow Glitterflies.
