Moments in Time by Raspberry Road Designs and Spring Blooms part 7 by Busy Bee Designs!

Another gorgeous kit I wanted to work with is Moments in Time by Raspberry Road Designs. I saw another layout made with this kit and I just had to have it! It's such a beautiful kit!
I used it with a brand new template from the set Spring Blooms Part 7 by Busy Bee Designs at MScraps. The design of these templates is great as always!
