Blue is one of my favourite colors, so I really like this kit, Blue Horizon by Scrap'it Designs by Brianna Cox at Digiridoo Scraps! Because blue it is!
I also used Pen License Alpha for the 100%, just to give the layout a touch of white. Also this alpha is in the shop at Digiridoo Scraps.
